On behalf of the Solid Waste Agency of North America It is our pleasure to announce to you SWANA’s 2024 student scholarship opportunities are now available.
SWANA annually offers scholarships to students in studies in fields related to solid waste management. In 2024, SWANA will award up to $30,000 in scholarships to deserving students. Further information on the scholarship programs, eligibility and application requirements, and application forms can be found on the SWANA website at:

All interested applicants must submit completed applications to the Land of Lincoln Chapter no later than May 1, 2024. Schedule for Selection
- May 1 — Deadline for submission of application materials to Chapter Scholarship Committee
- June 3 — Deadline for submission of Chapter candidates to International Scholarship Committee
- July/August — International Scholarship winners are announced.
